This study aimed to investigate: (1) the effect of teachers\u27 work motivation on their performance, (2) the effect of principals\u27 leadership style on teachers\u27 performance, and (3) the effect of teachers\u27 work motivation and principals\u27 leadership style as an aggregate on the performance of teachers in the Regency of Biak Numfor, Papua. The population of this research comprised all teachers in elementary schools in the Regency of Biak Numfor. The sample, consisting of 72 teachers, was selected by means of the purposive sampling technique. The technique to collect the data on the three variables was a questionnaire. This was correlation research. The results of this research can be concluded that: (1) partially there was a significant, moderate, and positive effect of teachers\u27 work motivation on their performance; (2) partially there was an insignificant, weak, and positive effect of principals\u27 leadership style on teachers\u27 performance; and (3) there was a significant, strong, and positive effect of teachers\u27 work motivation and principals\u27 leadership style as an aggregate on the performance of teachers of elementary schools in the Regency of Biak Numfor.
